Two x four bedroom townhouses with ensuites, WIR’s and double garages on a corner block with access to a main road. 

This corner block development posed a challenge because it fronted a main road and Vicroads would not allow cars to access the site directly from the main road. This meant that the CS building design team had to design the development so that the double garages to both homes took access from the side street. This was an unusual challenge for the team to overcome and their design scheme was made even more impressive because they met council’s requirements for 50% site coverage and larger secluded private open space per house than required under Rescode.
