The CS team had to negotiate with Council to get permission to remove a large protected tree from the backyard of this property to allow for the design of four homes on the site. The width of the site was 24 metres and the depth of the site was 60 metres. Each home had a double garage and four bedrooms each with the master bedroom having an ensuite and WIR.

From the client: I wanted to on sale my property with plans and permits approved for four houses to increase the value of the property on auction day. I selected CS Town planning as they had an established relationship with Whitehorse City Council and they obtained a seamless approval from Council.
