Case Study – When planning applications become a battleground between neighbours.


In June 2015 we applied to Nillumbik Council to develop a second house on a large block of land in Eltham. This case looks at how costly poor relationships with your neighbours can be to development projects.  

Case Study - Vacant backyard subdivision.


Approved by Banyule City Council in April 2012 this vacant lot land subdivision in Greensborough was sold in 2016 and construction on a new dwelling is scheduled to be complete in October 2017. 

Subdivision Case Study - Avoca Street, Heidelberg


Approved by Banyule City Council in January 2014, construction on this dual occupancy commenced in September 2015 and the development was finished in September 2016.

Subdivision Case Study - Murray Road, Ormond


Approved by Glen Eira City Council in October 2014, construction on these three houses commeced in September 2015 and the project was complete in August 2016.
