Our client is a developer in the local area and purchased two sites with a depth of 42 metres, a width of 33 metres and a combined area of approximately 1,386 square metres. Each home has two car parks with the master bedroom of each home having an ensuite. The CS building design team had to diligently layout the proposal to ensure that Monash City Councils requirements for 60sqm of back yard space per dwelling was achieved and still meet the clients brief to achieve six homes on the land.
