A double storey house to the rear of an existing dwelling. The existing dwelling is to be retained. 

In May 2015 the CS building design and planning team successfully designed and obtained approval for a double storey house to the rear of an existing house in Monash Council. The total land area to develop the back yard was restricted to approximately 180 square metres. The design team were able to successfully achieve a three bedroom home, with WIR’s, ensuite to the master bedroom, a separate laundry and kitchen pantry.
